U2 Warns Fans About Fake Concert Tickets

Rock legends U2 have issued a warning that concert tickets being sold for a 2009 U2 world tour are counterfeit.

The Irish rock band is denying reports that they will be kicking off a large-scale tour, and are concerned by dubious advertisements for 2009 concert tickets.

“There are no tour dates for the band at the moment, so please don’t buy tickets for U2 shows you see advertised,” the band said in a statement on August 4.
